All results generated by CARTRIGO tools — including Out-The-Door estimates, monthly payment projections, financing scenarios, and preliminary eligibility ranges — are FOR INFORMATIONAL AND PREPARATION PURPOSES ONLY. They are reference estimates based on publicly available data and information you provide. Final pricing, financing terms, and credit decisions are determined exclusively by the applicable dealer and/or lender — not by CARTRIGO.

CARTRIGO builds tools that help consumers understand what a vehicle purchase might cost before they visit a dealer. These tools are powerful — but they produce estimates, not guarantees. This page explains exactly what each tool can and cannot tell you, so you can use the results with the right expectations.

Applies to: all OTD estimates shown in the platform, broker dashboard, and WhatsApp summaries.
"OTD estimated for reference purposes only. Based on publicly available Florida 2026 tax rates and typical dealer fee benchmarks. Final price — including actual dealer fees, add-on packages, and negotiated adjustments — is determined solely by the dealer at the time of sale."
PAYMENT ESTIMATOR
Monthly Payment Projection
Applies to: all monthly payment estimates shown in OTD results or broker scenarios.
"Estimated monthly payment based on amount financed, loan term, and an APR range derived from your self-reported credit profile. This is not a loan offer. Actual payment will depend on the rate offered by the lender, dealer fees, and final negotiated price."
CREDIT PROFILE

4. No Credit Approval — No Exception

CARTRIGO does not approve credit. This is not a qualification we added for legal reasons — it reflects what CARTRIGO actually is. We are an advisory and preparation platform. We do not have a relationship with any lender that would allow us to approve, pre-approve, or guarantee financing for any consumer.

If a broker or any individual representing CARTRIGO tells you that "you are approved" or "your financing is guaranteed," that representation is unauthorized and inaccurate. Please report it immediately to compliance@cartrigoadvanced.com.

5. No Guarantee of Dealer Practices

CARTRIGO works with a network of participating dealers and uses verified dealer data for estimates. However, CARTRIGO does not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the independent business practices of any dealer. Final pricing, add-on packages, financing terms, and service quality are determined by each dealer independently.

6. Estimates Are Not Binding

No estimate, scenario, or result produced by CARTRIGO constitutes a binding offer, a contract, or a commitment by CARTRIGO, any dealer, or any lender. You are under no obligation to purchase any vehicle based on a CARTRIGO estimate, and no dealer or lender is obligated to match CARTRIGO's estimated figures.

Our commitment: CARTRIGO's goal is to give you the most accurate and realistic preparation possible so you arrive at the dealer with clear expectations. Our estimates are built on real Florida data — they are not inflated or deflated. But they are always estimates, and the final numbers are confirmed at the dealership.
